Executive Director, Co-founder
Expert in international relations and project management, who has led local and EU-funded projects in digital transformation, inclusion, and sustainable development, co-authored more than 100 international policy research briefings in social, political, and economic domains, and contributed at ITU and United Nations levels to connect academia, policymakers, and industry in advancing a secure digital future.

Head of Operations, Co-founder
Specialist in innovation, inclusion, and diversity with a strong track record of managing local and EU-funded projects and organising high-level forums. She has refined her expertise in designing vocational education courses and organizing training programs that equip individuals with the skills necessary for the evolving work market while ensuring digital technologies serve all communities and adhere to ethical standards.

Keila Kudina (she/her)
Head of Communications
Communications expert with a background in Francophone international relations and hands-on SMM experience, enriched by vocational studies. Her global exposure has strengthened her capacity to design and implement digital communication strategies, coordinate high-level outreach events, and manage PR effectively.
